Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon pleaded guilty to drunken driving in Oklahoma on Tuesday and will avoid jail time.
Blackmon was arrested on June 3 and his blood-alcohol content was three times the legal limit. According to The Associated Press, Blackmon was fined $500 and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service. The judge imposed a deferred sentence of one year, which means that Blackmon will serve no jail time if he fulfills the terms of his sentence.
The No. 5 overall pick in April’s draft, Blackmon is one of three top-10 picks who has yet to sign his rookie contract. Jaguars training camp begins on Thursday.
