Panthers head coach Ron Rivera confirmed that Byron Bell will be the team’s starting right tackle when training camp begins.

Carolina traded ORT Jeff Otah to the Jets on Monday afternoon. Otah, a former first-round pick, had missed 31 of the last 35 games.

As a rookie last season, Bell played in every game with 12 starts. Rivera said Bell “played pretty doggone well” last season.
