The Jaguars waived PK Brandon Coutu, the team announced Tuesday.

Coutu played in the regular-season finale last year for the Bills and converted three extra points and had four kickoffs. He missed his lone field-goal attempt.

Coutu was with the Seahawks in 2008. He played his collegiate ball for Georgia.

The Jaguars signed PK Josh Scobee, their franchise player, to a long-term deal on Monday.
