The Raiders agreed to a four-year deal with S Tyvon Branch, according to CBS Sports and NFL Network.
Branch had originally signed a franchise tender, which would have been worth $6.212 million for the 2012 season. Monday is the deadline for teams to sign franchised players to long-term deals.
Branch has started every game over the past three seasons. In 2011, he had 109 tackles, one sack, four passes defensed and one interception. He has led the Raiders in tackles in each of the last two seasons.
