The Falcons have agreed to terms on a contract with former Titans S Chris Hope, the team said Friday.

Hope, 31, played in 10 games for Tennessee in 2011, starting two. He notched 25 tackles and intercepted one pass.

Hope began his career with Pittsburgh, playing four seasons with the Steelers before signing with Tennesee in 2006. He started all 75 regular-season games in which he played for the Titans from 2006-10.

The 6-0, 204-pound Hope has 20 career interceptions and has recorded 690 tackles (534 solo). He made the Pro Bowl in 2008.
