The Jets released veteran OT Ray Willis and rookie free-agent QB G.J. Kinne on Thursday.
Willis has not played in an NFL game since 2009, when he started all 16 games for the Seahawks. During his five seasons in Seattle, Willis played in 44 games with 26 starts. The Jets originally signed him to add depth to the tackle position.
Kinne became the first player in Tulsa history to pass for over 6,000 yards and rush for more than 1,000 yards. Here is his PFW scouting report.
