Lions DT Nick Fairley, arrested Sunday for attempting to elude police and DUI, will be arraigned in Mobile (Ala.) County Court on June 28, the county’s circuit clerk said Wednesday.

Fairley can offer a plea at the hearing, said circuit clerk JoJo Schwarzauer.

Fairley, 24, was the Lions’ first-round pick in 2011. He also faces a marijuana charge from an April incident.

Fairley would face NFL discipline if he were to plead or to be found guilty in either case.

Fairley took part in the Lions’ OTAs on Tuesday.
