The Buccaneers hired Eric Stokes as the team’s new director of college scouting.

Stokes, 38, was the Seahawks’ assistant director of college scouting from 2010-11. He played for Seattle in 1997 and ’98 after being a fifth-round draft pick.

Stokes, who played safety and on special teams in his two NFL seasons, spent seven years as an area scout and three as an assistant in the pro personnel department.
