Cowboys OG Mackenzy Bernadeau underwent surgery to repair a tear in his right hip, according to ESPN Dallas’ Todd Archer.

Bernadeau, who signed a four-year deal with the Cowboys in March, is expected to be out for 10-12 weeks.

Bernadeau spent four seasons with the Panthers. Last year, he played in 15 games with one start. He is expected to compete to start on the Cowboys’ O-line.
