The Bears announced Monday that they waived OT Levi Horn, TE Andre Smith and OG Reggie Stephens, trimming the roster to 89 players.

Horn, who joined the Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2010, spent most of the past two seasons on the practice squad. Smith signed as an undrafted free agent in 2011 last season and Stephens, a seventh-round pick of the Bengals in 2010, was added to the Bears' practice squad during last season.
