The highest draft pick to sign thus far has agreed to a four-year deal.
Panthers LB Luke Kuechly, the No. 9 overall pick, has agreed to a four-year, $12.58 million deal, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Last year's ninth pick, Cowboys OT Tyron Smith, got a four-year deal worth $12.50 million.

Carolina announced Kuechly's signing on Friday, in addition to the rest of the team's draft class, which includes second-round OG Amini Silatolu.
