The Raiders announced on Tuesday that four members of their scouting department are no longer with the team.

Bruce Kebric and Jon Kingdon were relieved of their duties, while George Karras and Kent McCloughan have retired. Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie is expected to announce a complete restructuring of the team’s player-personnel department later in May.

“This was a very difficult decision because these individuals have been part of this organization for all or parts of four decades,” McKenzie said in a statement. “We’re grateful for their dedicated service to the Raiders.”

The team named Shaun Herock director of college scouting last week, and more changes to the front office are expected under McKenzie’s watch.
