The Jets have reached a four-year deal with second-round pick Stephen Hill, locking up the speedy wide receiver less than a week after they drafted him.
According to Jenny Vrentas of the Star-Ledger, Hill has agreed to a four-year, $20 million deal. Sixty percent of the contract is guaranteed, which is about $2.8 million per year.
Taken 43rd overall last week, Hill has a chance to be an impact player from Day One with the Jets. With terrific size and great speed, he could end up as the No. 2 wideout next to Santonio Holmes on the Jets' depth chart.
