Former NFL QB Brett Favre will have to testify in a lawsuit brought against him by two massage therapists, multiple media outlets reported Monday.

Favre, the Jets organization and another team employee are named in the lawsuit, which reportedly alleges that Favre sexually harrassed the massage therapists via text message.

Earlier this month, the Manhattan (N.Y.) Supreme Court ruled the lawsuit could proceed, according to The Associated Press and the New York Daily News.
