The Redskins signed former Giants LB Jonathan Goff, the team announced on Monday.

Goff missed the entire 2011 season with a torn ACL. In 2010, he started all 16 games and made 80 tackles, one sack, two passes defensed and one forced fumble. He played in all 16 games with four starts in ’09.

Earlier this offseason, the Giants traded for LB Keith Rivers, making Goff expendable.

The Redskins also made the signing of PK Neil Rackers official.
