Quick can make the acrobatic catch and has leaping ability which will help him battle and come down with the ball. If he struggles — he’s from a small school and needs things to be kept simple for him — the rebuilding Rams can afford to not throw him to the wolves. They can bring him along at a pace that doesn’t hinder his growth or hurt the team with a bad play.
The former basketball player — at 6-3½ and 220 pounds — is an intriguing player whose size alone will put him on the field right away. How many snaps he gets is the question. The Rams are implementing a new offense with a new coaching staff and while he’s a must-pick in dynasty leagues, he’s only a late-round flier in single-year leagues right now. As with all rookies, let's watch him in camp and preseason games.
