Former NFL WR Charles Rogers has pleaded not guilty to five misdemeanor charges, stemming from two unrelated incidents in Michigan.
Rogers was charged with making a malicious phone call and conspiring to commit a crime on March 5 in Saginaw, Mich. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended or revoked license on December 2, 2011.
The No. 2 pick of the 2003 NFL draft by the Lions was released on $7,500 bond and awaits a future court date.
