S James Sanders announced on Wednesday via his Twitter account that he has agreed to terms with the Cardinals. Terms of the deal have not been announced.

When asked by a fan if he was going to become a Cardinal, Sanders responded, “(It's) a done deal. See you in the desert!” He visited with Arizona earlier in the week.

Sanders played the 2011 season with the Falcons, playing in 15 games with six starts. He recorded 41 tackles and defended three passes.

Prior to playing in Atlanta, Sanders spent the first six years of his career with the Patriots. All eight of his career interceptions came with New England.
