CB Greg Toler has signed his restricted free-agent tender, returning to the Cardinals for the 2012 season. The contract is worth $1.26 million.

Toler started 13 games and had a pair of interceptions for the Cardinals in 2010 but missed all of last season after tearing his ACL in training camp. There is a chance he could reclaim his starting job across from Patrick Peterson.

Arizona lost CB Richard Marshall in free agency but replaced him by signing ex-Steelers CB William Gay.
