The Vikings have been awarded a pair of fourth-round compensatory selections in the 2012 NFL draft.
The team now adds the 33rd and 39th picks of the fourth round to their current haul, which includes the third selection in each round. It gives the team 10 total draft choices, including three in the fourth round.
Minnesota lost two standout free agents last offseason, the reason they were compensated with such high compensatory draft choices. WR Sidney Rice left the team to sign with the Seahawks, while DE Ray Edwards chose to sign with the Falcons.
