The Lions signed Colts CB Jacob Lacey and re-signed DL Andre Fluellen, the Lions' official website reported Tuesday.

The 5-10, 177-pound Lacey started 10-of-15 games in which he played in 2011, notching 72 tackles, breaking up six passes and intercepting one pass. Lacey, who turns 25 in May, has made 27 career starts.

Fluellen, 27, has appeared in 51 games in four season for Detroit, notching 46 tackles and 2½ sacks.
