The Dolphins have released S Yermiah Bell, who led the team in tackles each of the past four seasons.

The 34-year old Bell has played his entire eight-season career with Miami and started 75 games for the team during that span. He registered 107 tackles in 2011, his fourth consecutive season with more than 100 tackles.

By releasing Bell, Miami saves approximately $4.3 million of salary cap space, according to ProFootballTalk.com.
