The Ravens have chosen to pick up the $500,000 roster bonus that was due to OLT Bryant McKinnie on Friday, the Baltimore Sun reported Friday.
McKinnie's future with the team had been in doubt, particularly after the team scheduled a visit with free-agent OT Eric Winston. Nevertheless, the Ravens opted to keep McKinnie, 32, who started all 18 games at left tackle last season.
McKinnie will earn a base salary of $3.2 million next season.
With the Ravens having re-signed veteran C Matt Birk earlier Friday, their offensive line should look pretty similar to the 2011 unit, with the exception of having to replace OLG Ben Grubbs, who signed with New Orleans on Thursday.
