The Bengals have finally made a move in free agency, signing former Panthers OG Travelle Wharton. The news was first reported by PFW correspondent Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Terms of the deal have not been announced.

Wharton was released earlier this week by the Panthers after starting 99 games in eight seasons for the team. He is likely to replace Nate Livings in the Cincinnati starting lineup, after Living signed with the Cowboys on Friday.
