Fantasy spins: Josh Morgan, Jason Campbell

Redskins sign Morgan, adding depth

The Redskins continued rebuilding the WR position, first by signing new No. 1 starter Pierre Garcon and then adding Josh Morgan for depth. Morgan earned quite the payday, considering he's merely a supporting player. His contract is a two-year, $12 million deal with $7.5 million guaranteed.

Morgan only lasted five games as a 49er last season before going down with a broken leg. He ended with 15-220-1 on 20 targets, and some believe he was underutilized. Yet, until he shows consistency and wins a starting job, his fantasy value is minimal.

Bears sign Campbell as a backup QB

The Bears solidified the QB position by signing Campbell, who has the ability to come in and start and produce if Jay Cutler goes down to injury. After watching their playoff hopes dashed when Cutler went down last season, they knew they had to solidify the backup position.

As a backup Campbell has no fantasy value, and in six games last year he threw for 1,170 yards, six TDs and four interceptions. That's a per-game average of 195 yards, one TD and 0.7 interceptions, and while not great, if Cutler does go down, he'll have value as a No. 2 fantasy QB.
