The Cardinals, who have been hoping to acquire Peyton Manning, made their first big move in free agency on Wednesday afternoon, signing OL Adam Snyder to a five-year deal. Financial terms of the deal haven't been announced.
Snyder had played his entire seven-year career with the 49ers prior to signing with Arizona. He started 13 games for San Francisco last season, playing mainly guard but also tackle.
The Cardinals have several offensive linemen who are set to be free agents, and Snyder could fill in at one of several spots on the line next season.
