The Rams released C Jason Brown and DTs Fred Robbins and Justin Bannan on Monday, according to PFW correspondent Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Brown had two years and $15 million remaining on his contract, and his release clears $2.8 million of cap space according to Brian McIntyre of Football Outsiders.

Robbins started 15 games and had 29 tackles and one sack. He had a career-high six sacks with the Rams in 2010. Robbins is a 12-year veteran turning 35 at the end of the month.
