The Ravens extended RFA tender offers to their starting cornerbacks, Cary Williams and Lardarius Webb, on Monday.

Webb was tendered at the first-round level and Williams received a second-round tender.

Webb started 15 of the 16 games in which he played last season, finishing with 20 passes defensed and five interceptions, including a 73-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Williams started all 16 games in 2011 and recorded 78 tackles and 18 passes defensed.
