The Jaguars came to terms with veteran CB Rashean Mathis on a one-year contract Wednesday, The Florida Times-Union reported. The deal is worth $5 million with incentives.
Mathis, who had been due to the hit the free-agent market March 13, suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in Week 10 against the Colts and is still recovering from the injury.
Mathis, who'll turn 32 in August, went to the Pro Bowl in 2006. He's the Jaguars' all-time interception leader with 30, having spent his entire nine-year career in Jacksonville after being drafted in the second round in 2003.
