The Seahawks added to their coaching staff Tuesday, hiring Marquand Manuel as their assistant special-teams coach and Keith Carter as an offensive quality-control coach.
Manuel played in the NFL with six teams, including the Seahawks in 2004 and '05. Carter spent the past three seasons at the University of San Diego.
Seattle also hired two University of Washington coaches, John Glenn as a special-teams assistant and Kenechi Udeze as a coaching intern for the defensive line.
The Seahawks also reassigned assistant DB coach Rocky Seto to defensive passing-game coordinator.
