Respondents to a PFW web poll asking, "What is the most likely matchup for Super Bowl XLVI?" weren't surprised when the Patriots and Giants both won their conference title games to reach the big game.

A total of 39.1 percent of the voters predicted the Patriots-Giants rematch — the Giants upset the heavily favored Patriots in Super Bowl XLII back in February, 2008 — would be played out in Indianapolis in two weeks. The next most popular response was Patriots-49ers, which garnered 34.7 percent of the vote.

Readers were less confident in the Ravens' ability to reach the Super Bowl, as the Ravens-49ers matchup received 18.1 percent of the vote and the Ravens-Giants matchup got 8.1 percent.
