The NFL announced some changes to the AFC Pro Bowl roster on Sunday, as players on the Patriots will be unavailable to play in the game on Jan. 29.
Three Bengals have been added to the team, including rookie QB Andy Dalton. He will be joined by teammates DT Geno Atkins and TE Jermaine Gresham. They replace New England QB Tom Brady, DE Vince Wilfork and TE Rob Gronkowski, respectively.
Jets ORG Brandon Moore will replace Patriots ORG Brian Waters.
Two Chargers players are also set to make the trip to Hawaii. WR Vincent Jackson will take the spot of Patriots WR Wes Welker, while RB Ryan Mathews replaces Ravens RB Ray Rice, who will not play for personal reasons.
The Steelers also announced that OLB James Harrison will be on the AFC team, though it was not announced who he'd be replacing. The Patriots have no linebackers on the roster, though the Ravens — who the Patriots beat in the AFC Championship — have both Terrell Suggs and Ray Lewis on the team.
