Patriots QB Tom Brady was named the AFC's Offensive Player of the Month for December/January. The Patriots were 5-0 during the months, helping earn them the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs.

In those five games, Brady threw 11 touchdowns and two interceptions. He completed 124-of-190 pass attempts (65.3 percent) for 1,608 yards and had four 300-yard passing games.

This is the sixth time that Brady has earned AFC Player of the Month honors and the second time this season. He was also honored in November.
