Could Ricardo "Rocket" Lockette be the next Victor Cruz? While that comparison might be a bit of a stretch, we hear the Seahawks believe the sky could be the limit for the undrafted rookie who raised eyebrows with his 44-yard catch vs. the Niners — despite CB Carlos Rogers' blanket coverage — in Week 16 and his highlight-reel game-tying 61-yard TD vs. the Cardinals in Week 17. "You can't help but love the kid and his radiant personality," one daily team observer said of the 6-foot-2 Lockette, whose 4.2 speed makes him the team's fastest player by a wide margin. "He has been making those same kinds of plays in practice on a regular basis. He also has darn good hands, but having played at a small school (Fort Valley State) that didn't have much of a passing game, he is still really raw. If he can just refine his routes, maybe he can be the deep threat they are looking for opposite Sidney Rice."
