It was an explosive final week of the season, with many players posting their best numbers yet. While most leagues ended in Week 16, those that continued watched some of the best offensive performances we've seen all season.
QB Matthew Stafford, Lions (at Packers), 520 yards, five TDs
Stafford was red-hot down the stretch, with 12 TDs in his final three games, showcasing himself as one of the top fantasy QBs for 2012.
QB Drew Brees, Saints (vs. Panthers), 389 yards, five TDs
Brees closes the year out with 14 TDs in his final three games and is sure to see a big payday after this stretch run and remains an elite fantasy QB entering 2012.
RB Ray Rice, Ravens (at Bengals), 191 yards, two TDs
Rice saved his best for last and rewarded total-points and championship matchup owners with his best fantasy game of the season.
RB Michael Turner (vs. Bucs), 172 yards, two TDs
Turner was expected to fall by the wayside as an RB with too many miles on his legs but had his best game of the year in the final week and posted 11 TDs for the season.
WR Jordy Nelson (vs. Lions), 162 yards, three TDs
Nelson proved to be this year's undervalued pick, with his best fantasy game of the season ending it on a high note with three TDs to make it 15 for the season.
TE Rob Gronkowski (vs. Bills), 108 yards, two TDs
Gronkowski had his fifth game over 100 yards and ends the season with 17 TDs after another typical Gronk week. He posted elite No. 1 WR numbers as a tight end.
TE Aaron Hernandez (vs. Bills), 138 yards, one TD
Not to be outdone, Hernandez had his third game of the season over 100 yards. Overall, he had a disappointing seven TDs, based on expectations, but still quality TE numbers.
Player of the Week
QB Matt Flynn, Packers (vs. Lions), 480 yards, six TDs
A recommended pickup and play, Flynn picked up where Aaron Rodgers left off the previous week and used this game to showcase himself as a free-agent QB in the coming offseason. He couldn't have had a better performance.
