The NFL has announced the schedule for the first two rounds of the playoffs.

The wild-card round begins on Saturday, Jan. 7. That afternoon at 4:30 p.m. ET, the AFC's sixth-seeded Bengals travel to Houston to face the third-seeded Texans. Following that game, at 8 p.m. ET, the sixth-seeded Lions take on the Saints, who are the NFC's third seed, in New Orleans. Both games are on NBC.

The next day, Jan. 8, kicks off with the fifth-seeded Falcons going on the road to face the No. 4-seeded Giants at 1 p.m. ET on Fox. At 4:15 p.m. ET, the first round concludes with the AFC's fifth-seeded Steelers facing the No. 4-seeded Broncos in Denver on CBS.

In the divisional round the following week, the second-seeded 49ers will host the highest-seeded remaining NFC team on Jan. 14 at 4:15 p.m. ET. That night, the AFC's top-seeded Patriots take on the lowest-seeded AFC team still alive at 8 p.m. ET. On Jan. 15, the No. 2-seeded Ravens face the highest-seeded AFC squad to make it through the wild-card round, followed by the NFC's top-seeded Packers hosting the lowest-seeded winner from the NFC wild-card round.
