The NFL will honor former Colts split end and Patriots head coach Raymond Berry at Super Bowl XLVI.
Berry played for the Colts during his 13-year career and won two NFL championships. He will carry the Vince Lombardi Trophy to the stage and deliver it to commissioner Roger Goodell, who will present it to the Super Bowl champion.
Berry was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1973. He led the Patriots to their first Super Bowl berth in the 1985 season and had assistant-coaching roles with the Lions and Broncos in the early 1990s.
