Rookie contributions were relatively minimal in the Week 16 victory over the Bears on Christmas night.
Second-round WR-RS Randall Cobb made his presence felt the most, catching two of the three passes thrown to him for 22 yards (long of 19), returning one punt for eight yards (he also had one fair catch) and returning one kickoff for 34 yards that set up the Packers' second TD of the game. Cobb is showing more patience on kickoff returns, as he wisely chose not to return two kicks into the endzone.
Undrafted rookie RB Brandon Saine returned to action after missing time with a concussion and had one run for eight yards. Undrafted OLBs Vic So'oto and Jamari Lattimore saw action in the second half. Replacing Erik Walden at right outside linebacker, So'oto delivered two late pressures.
With starting ILBs A.J. Hawk and Desmond Bishop healthy again, sixth-round ILB D.J. Smith was a nonfactor after starting the three previous games.
