Patriots fantasy report: Week 16

Here are some of the Patriots' fantasy football options this week:

RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis has a three-game average against the Dolphins of 8.3 attempts for 25.7 yards and one TD, showing he counts on the TDs. However, Stevan Ridley and Danny Woodhead could begin to see more time and touches, which would hurt BJGE's value.

RB Stevan Ridley might not have scored a TD but he showed he can be effective when fed the ball, in rushing 11-65 last week. This was his best showing since Week Four and he has fresher legs, so it's possible he could continue to see time. However, it's a big risk to count on him.

RB Danny Woodhead rushed 7-40-1, similar numbers as he had in Week 14 but with a TD, raising his value but not enough to count on him against the Dolphins, who are allowing 65.8 yards rushing and 0.8 TDs on the ground to RBs the past four weeks.

TE Rob Gronkowski had his worst game since Week Five, catching 4-53-0, and likely helped his fantasy owners to an exit before championship week. Continue to play him, as this was bound to happen but it was just a bump in the road.

TE Aaron Hernandez finally went off, catching 9-129-1 against the Broncos, and he should have had two scores. The Dolphins struggled to cover him in Week One when he had 7-103-1 on 10 targets. He's a No. 1 fantasy TE.
