The NFL has handed out fines to players for illegal conduct in Week 15.

Bengals LB Dan Skuta and Raiders S Jerome Boyd received the biggest punishments. Both were fined $20,000 for illegal blind-side blocks.

Lions DE Cliff Avril and LB Stephen Tulloch also saw money coming out of their paycheck. They each were fined $15,000 for horse-collar tackles made in Detroit's victory over the Raiders last Sunday. Bengals S Chris Crocker also was docked $15,000 for a roughing-the-passer call against the Rams.

The league gave out $10,000 fines to Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul and Texans LB Brian Cushing for illegal hits on a quarterback, and $7,500 was taken from Jets WR Santonio Holmes because of an excessive celebration penalty.
