Ravens WR Anquan Boldin is having surgery Thursday to repair a torn meniscus and is expected to miss the next two weeks, head coach Jim Harbaugh said.
Harbaugh added that he expects Boldin to be ready for the playoffs.
Boldin has 57 catches for 887 yards and three touchdowns this season in 14 starts and is the team's leading receiver in terms of yardage.
At 10-4, the Ravens are tied atop the AFC North with the Steelers and fighting for a division championship and first-round bye. They play Browns and Bengals to finish out the regular season.
The way we see it
The Ravens are pretty thin at wide receiver behind Boldin. Of the team's top five pass catchers, only Boldin and rookie Torrey Smith are wideouts. RB Ray Rice leads the team in receptions and TEs Ed Dickson and Dennis Pitta have been heavily involved in the passing game. If healthy, it'd be a very good time for Lee Evans to get involved in the passing game.
