All eyes will be on the quarterback position for the Dolphins come this offseason, but there are other holes to be filled on the offensive line.
Veteran ORG Vernon Carey and ORT Marc Colombo are set to be free agents at the end of the season, and we hear it's very possible that neither returns. Carey, who moved to guard this season, has spent his entire football career in Miami and has 105 career starts.
Colombo has allowed 9½ sacks from his ORT spot in 2011, tying his mark from last season.
Behind Carey and Colombo, the team has second-year OL John Jerry, who has improved this season and showed versatility starting at left tackle last week. We hear the team likes Lydon Murtha, who has spent the entire season on injured reserve. Murtha played well in camp and could be competing for a starting spot at right tackle if the team does not re-sign Colombo.
