Here are some of the Vikings' fantasy football options this week:

QB Christian Ponder took a step back last week, throwing for 115 yards, two TDs with three interceptions and was benched for Joe Webb, who threw for 84 yards and one TD with one interception but ran hard (7-109-1). Ponder remains the starter but has no fantasy relevance.

RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) will play in Week 15 and Toby Gerhart's underappreciated run is over, finishing out with 23.7 utilizations for 101.7 yards from scrimmage and 0.7 TDs. Not elite numbers but more than serviceable for Peterson owners who smartly handcuffed Gerhart. Don't waive Gerhart because he has value moving forward as the handcuff or if Peterson aggravates the ankle.

WR Devin Aromashodu now has 25 targets in two games with a two-game average of five catches for 68.5 yards and no TDs. He's still too risky to play but watch him this week for possible consideration in championship week if you need a body.

TE Visanthe Shiancoe has 14 targets in two games but only a two-game average of 3.5 catches for 34.5 yards and 0.5 TDs. Despite a TD in Week 14, he has no fantasy value.
