With an 11-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter, Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski set an NFL record for receiving touchdowns in a season by a tight end with his 14th TD catch.
Tom Brady hit Gronkowski on a slant following a 49-yard catch-and-run by Gronkowski that put the Patriots in position to score.
The second-year tight end now has 24 career receiving touchdowns. He should eclipse 1,000 yards receiving on the season in Sunday's game against the Redskins.
