Patriots fantasy report: Week 14

Here are some of the Patriots' fantasy football options this week:

TE Aaron Hernandez is still getting looks and still will be productive in the Patriots' spread attack. If opposing teams finally figure out that they need to double-team TE Rob Gronkowski near the goal line, Hernandez will have more scoring opportunities.

RB Shane Vereen (hamstring) didn't play last week and has been limited in practice this week. Right now, with an unpredictable backfield, Vereen has no fantasy value.

WR Wes Welker (knee) has a soft cast on his wrist but the team has not acknowledged it in the injury report, only mentioning his knee which has limited him in practice this week. However, look for him to play. He's a must-start.

TE Rob Gronkowski had a record-tying game with two receiving TDs, giving him 13 TDs on the season. That ties the single-season TD record for tight ends. He would have had the record but one of his TDs was changed to a lateral, making it a rushing TD. He has been a must-start all season.

RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis is a boom-or-bust player right now but the Redskins are struggling against opposing backs, allowing 98.8 rushing yards and 1.3 TDs per game the past four weeks, potentially giving BJGE some opportunities.
