Packers starting ROLB Erik Walden will be charged with a misdemeanor disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend. Walden pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning and will return to court Dec. 27. If convicted, Walden faces up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

After leading the Packers with eight tackles in their Week 12 victory over the Lions on Thanksgiving Day, Walden spent the Thanksgiving weekend in jail after his girlfriend was treated for injuries at a hospital. He was released the following Monday on $1,000 bond. Brown County District Attorney John Zakowski said Walden's girlfriend told police they were arguing and that he pushed her, but she later changed her story to say she hit him first.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Walden's situation is "under review" by the team and the NFL. In last Sunday's game against the Giants, Walden registered four tackles, one tackle for loss and one QB hit.
