Redskins TE Fred Davis and OT Trent Williams have been suspended for four games for violating the league's substance-abuse policy, Sports Illustrated's Jim Trotter reported.

The players were informed earlier in the week that they would be suspended for positive tests for marijuana that occurred during the season. They are eligible to play in Week 13 against the Jets.

The suspensions will end the seasons for Davis and Williams, as there are four games left following the game against New York. Davis entered Sunday as the Redskins' leading receiver with 53 catches for 697 yards and three touchdowns this season. Williams, a second-year player, has started 10 games this season.
