Here's a recap of notable contributions from Browns rookies in Cleveland's 23-20 loss at Cincinnati on Sunday.

WR Greg Little — Had an up-and-down game, to say the least. The positive side of the ledger: He caught his first career TD pass, racked up 57 yards receiving and led the Browns with five catches. The negatives: He had four clear drops out of 13 targets. Said head coach Pat Shurmur Monday, according to the club: "He dropped too many balls. ... I don't expect that to be a trend. I expect that to be something that happened, he'll learn from, and I'm excited about him getting out there to practice so we can work on that not happening again."

DE Jabaal Sheard — His sack and forced fumble set up Cleveland's second TD, which gave the Browns a 17-7 halftime lead. Sheard, in 11 starts, has notched 35 tackles, 4½ sacks and four forced fumbles. Sheard has notched a sack and a forced fumble in back-to-back games.

DT Phil Taylor — Notched two tackles vs. the Bengals. In 11 starts, he has recorded 42 tackles (29 solo) and four sacks.

FB Owen Marecic — Marecic missed the Cincinnati game with a concussion. "He'll be ready for Sunday," Shurmur said Monday, referring to the Week 13 game vs. Baltimore.

OLG Jason Pinkston — Made his 11th start of the season in Week 12, and the Browns had success rushing behind him, racking up 46 yards on nine carries.

CB Buster Skrine — Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.

LB Quinton Spears — He missed the Cincinnati game with a hamstring injury. Shurmur offered the following update on him Monday: "Quinton Spears is coming back; he's continuing to progress. We'll see how he does for the week."

CB James Dockery — Played as a reserve and was credited with an assist on a special-teams tackle.

TE Jordan Cameron — Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.
