What follows are some noteworthy quotes from Packers players and coaches worth pondering in advance of Green Bay's Week 12 game at Detroit on Thanksgiving Day.

Packers NT B.J. Raji on his one-yard TD run from the FB position in the Week 11 win over the Buccaneers: "It felt great. Kind of been working on that all season, kind of waiting for my opportunity. Previous games, the ball wasn't quite where the coach wanted it." (Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).

Packers DE Mike Neal on how he felt after his first game after sitting out the first nine with a knee injury: "I felt good. It's been the same way since I've been practicing. Waking up (with) no swelling. No symptoms. Maybe a little stiffness, but that's natural all throughout the body after a game. I can't complain about where I'm at. (The trainers) looked at me and said, 'woo, you're looking good.' I said, 'I feel good.' If I can keep having those positive results after football games, I think it'll be positive for the rest of the season." (Source: Green Bay Press Gazette).

Packers TE Tom Crabtree on his five-yard TD catch against the Bucs in Week 11: "The linebacker was out there on the edge, and I released outside of him and it was wide open. It worked out just like we had practiced it." (Source: Packers.com).

Packers offensive line coach James Campen on the drop-off in ORG Josh Sitton's performance so far this season: "Has he had a couple of games where he hasn't performed for the standard he has set for himself and what I expect from him? Sure there are. There are individual plays. He just needs to be more consistent. He knows that." (Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).
