The Giants signed veteran CB Will Blackmon and placed CB Michael Coe on injured reserve on Wednesday.

Blackmon, a sixth-year veteran, played in five games for the Giants last season and was the team's punt and kickoff returner. He finished the season on I.R. with a knee injury. He spent the first four years of his career with the Packers.

Coe, a fourth-year pro, played in every game this season as a reserve defensive back and on special teams, recording four tackles and one pass defensed.
